Yes—if you contact us within 2 hours of placing the order, we can update your design or artwork. Just message us through our Contact Us page.

This usually happens due to a billing address mismatch.

Your bank pre-authorises the payment, which may appear as a temporary charge. This will automatically disappear within 24 hours to 3–5 business days, depending on your bank.

If you didn’t receive an order confirmation email or success message, your order did not go through and you’ll need to purchase again.

Use cold or lukewarm water, mild soap, and a soft cloth/sponge. Air dry only—do not use heat or tumble dry.

Because each pad is hand-printed and cut, a slight variance of ±1–3cm can occur. This is normal for all premium fabric mousepads.

If the issue is due to customer error (incorrect design upload, wrong size chosen, etc.), returns cannot be accepted.
